- Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will be valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Renewal: At the end of the year, you will be prompted to renew your subscription. If you choose not to renew, you will still retain access until the current subscription period ends.
- Manage Subscription: You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your App Store account settings.

- *Maintaining and updating an app requires continuous development, which demands significant time, effort, and resources. Additionally, there are ongoing monthly costs associated with hosting data on cloud platforms like AWS or Microsoft Azure, and these fees can be quite substantial. Furthermore, developers must pay annual fees to publish apps on platforms like Apple's App Store, which currently costs $100 per year. A one-time payment model simply isn't sustainable in covering these recurring expenses. This is why many apps shut down after a period of time. Thank you for your understanding. How to transfer existing data from VMT (free) to VMTP (paid) version?
- Before proceeding with migration process, make sure your device is connected to a WIFI
- Launch VMTP, from the login screen, register for a new account if you have not done so
- Launch VMT (free app), goto the ABOUT tab, tap on MIGRATE DATA TO PAID VERSION button
- Login with the credential you created from VMTP app on the above step
- Once login, tap on BEGIN TO MIGRATE button
- Tap YES to confirm
- Migrating process should begin. Once, processing is completed, processing result will be displayed that shows whether migration is success or failure
- If migration process is completed successfully, the migration function may be disabled from the device
- User should be able to migrate data from multiple devices into a single VMTP account. However if user has 2 same equipments in 2 different devices, user would have to merge that data manually. Migration Tool does not merge data
- Note that due to network bandwidth concern, the migration process MAY NOT migrate photo documents. User would have to handle those on manual basis.
How to add, edit, delete equipment?
- To add equipment, from MY GARAGE tab, tap the rounded PLUS (+) button at the top
- To edit or delete a equipment, from, MY GARAGE tab, swipe it to the left
- Both EDIT, DELETE buttons will appear, tab on desired function
- On edit equipment screen, make your changes, when finished, don't forget to tap the SAVE button
- To change equipment photo, on the edit screen, tab the CHANGE PICTURE link.
How to add, update, delete a maintenance?
- On MY GARAGE tab, tap on an equipment you want to add/update/delete maintenance from, this brings up mainenances list for the equipment
- To quickly view equipment information, tap the equipment's name at the top
- To add new maintenance, tap the (+) button at the top
- Enter maintenance detail, when finished, tap SAVE button
- To update an existing maintenance, just tap on it
- To delete an existing maintenance, swipe it to the left, COMPLETE & DELETE buttons will appear.
How to add, reset reminder?
- On REMINDER tab, tap the (+) button at the top
- Select equipment from the list, enter a description, date, odometer, etc.
- Tap SAVE button
- To reset an existing reminder, swipe it to the left, then select RESET.
How do I reset password if I forget it?
- From LOGIN tab, tap on FORGOT PASSWORD button
- Enter your login email address
- Tap on RETRIEVE button. If an email matched what we have on file, you will get an email with new temporary password

When do my equipment's odometer and mainenance's odometer sync up?
- When updating maintenance record for equipment,
- If the odometer on the maintenance record is greater than the odometer on the equipment, then equipment's odometer will be updated
- The same principal applied for engine hour.
Can I import data from another app into VMT app?
- No you can't. Importing is not supported at this time.
How do I add or remove item from workshop?
- A maintenance item will appear or disappear on the workshop based on its status
- If maintenance item has status of COMPLETED, it will get dropped out of workshop
- All items with statuses other than COMPLETED, will appear in the workshop.
